Editorial policy
Scope
We publish news, research explainers, expert insights, patient guides and living-with-pain articles about pain management. Every page should help readers understand a condition or treatment, find trustworthy information, or discover relevant SEVA Healthcare services.
Workflow
- Imported or drafted. Items from approved sources arrive as drafts. Nothing is published automatically.
- Editorial review. An editor checks accuracy, sourcing, scope and tone, and that no copyrighted text or images are reused without permission.
- Medical review. Content that explains conditions or treatments goes to a qualified clinician. Their name and the review date are shown on the article only when this review has taken place.
- Approval and publication. Only approved articles can be published, by an editor or administrator. Status changes are logged.
Sourcing
We cite the original publisher or study under “Sources” on each article and link to it. We write original reports rather than reproducing other publishers’ text, and we use excerpts only where permitted.
Accuracy and uncertainty
We distinguish trials, observational studies, reviews, press releases and opinion, label preliminary findings as preliminary, and do not turn uncertainty into certainty or promise outcomes.
Independence from promotion
This website is sponsored content and links to SEVA Healthcare services. Editorial text is written to inform; it does not claim that a treatment is suitable for every reader or available at every clinic, and it never invents reviews, quotes or statistics.
Artificial intelligence
Software may help classify, de-duplicate and summarise source items and suggest headlines or links. It is not used to invent findings, quotes, reviewers or citations, and nothing it produces is published without human editorial review.
